Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (P/T)

Responsibilities:
Craft Compelling Content: Develop and design engaging social media posts, graphics, and videos that capture the essence of our mission and resonate with diverse audiences.Content Strategy: Collaborate with our team to create and execute a dynamic content strategy that drives engagement and amplifies our message.
Audience Engagement: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries to build a vibrant online community.
Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns that support our educational programs and advocacy efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within a non-profit or advocacy context.Creativity: Exceptional ability to create visually appealing and compelling content for a diverse audience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
Passion: A genuine commitment to justice, education, and the mission of our organization.
