In this first meeting of a new monthly book club that is being hosted by HMTC’s Louis Posner Memorial Library, we will be discussing Georgia Hunter’s “We Were the Lucky Ones. ” The book tells the story of a family of Polish Jews who are forcibly separated in the Holocaust, each one driven to navigate a different path toward safety with one goal in mind – to be reunited at the end of the war. Please read the book, a limited number of copies of which are available at HMTC, and join us for this virtual discussion.
