In this virtual “Curator’s Corner” from November 4, 2020, Dr. Thorin Tritter, HMTC’s Museum and Programming Director, focused on a photograph in HMTC’s museum of the Kanada warehouse in Auschwitz, a strangely named part of Auschwitz, where the stolen possessions of the millions of deportees, most of whom were Jews who had been murdered in the gas chambers, were gathered, sorted and prepared for sending back to Germany.
