In the portion of HMTC’s exhibition that covers the Displaced Persons camps, there is a small x-ray of a Holocaust Survivor. In this virtual “Curator’s Corner” from September 23, 2020, Dr. Thorin Tritter, HMTC’s Museum and Programming Director, discussed this x-ray, the Tuberculosis test that it was a part of, and the concerns about highly contagious diseases in post-war Europe.
