A Dani Menkin Film
About The Film
Colleyville is the critically acclaimed new feature documentary that delves into the heart-pounding 11-hour 2022 hostage crisis that rocked the quiet Texas town of Colleyville, Texas.
On a seemingly ordinary Saturday morning, a terrorist stormed Congregation Beth Israel during a live-streamed service, taking a group of innocent worshippers hostage. Led by the courageous Rabbi Charlie Cytron-Walker, the hostages endured a harrowing ordeal that captured the world's attention.
From award-winning writer-director Dani Menkin (known for his acclaimed films "39 Pounds of Love," "On the Map," and "Aulcie"), Colleyville is a must-watch for those seeking a story of inspiration and resilience.
Through a combination of poignant storytelling, humor, and a hopeful ending, Colleyville provides a powerful and thought-provoking examination of human resilience in the face of adversity.
