HMTC will screen the movie “Dough” as part of the David Taub Reel Upstanders Film Series. “Dough” is the 2016 feel-good story of an old Jewish baker struggling to keep his small bakery open, and a Muslim immigrant kid from Darfur who gets work as the baker’s apprentice. Dr. Isma Chaudhury, chairperson of the Islamic Center of Long Island, will offer some introductory remarks and facilitate Q&A session after the screening.
