Lessons from the Holocaust - Extremism Then and Now
The Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County (HMTC) and the Nassau Community College co-sponsored a virtual conference on April 16, 2021, about drawing lessons from the Holocaust as we combat extremism today.
Speakers included: Peter Black from USHMM, Professor Todd Pittinsky from Stony Brook University, Amy Goodman from Democracy Now! and Dexter Hedgepeth from the Nassau County Office of Minority Affairs, and others.
